Thunderbird Fe-Ti-V Occurrence
Thunderbird is a large iron-vanadium-titanium occurrence, located 12 km northeast of the Eagle’s Nest deposit and 2 km east of the AT12 occurrence. It is demarcated by a magnetic high which trends north-east as part of a magnetic anomaly that is 7 km long, and 3 km wide.
The Kyle Property consist of a kimberlitic body that was discovered in 1993 and is located approximately 70 kilometres east of the Ring of Fire. The kimberlite body was tested for diamonds and was found to contain promising contents of micro- and macro-diamonds of varying carats. No exploration work on this property has taken place since the early 2000’s.
The MacFadyen Properties consist of 4 kimberlitic bodies that were discovered between 1995 and 1996 located and are approximately 7 kilometres north of the Victor Diamond Mine. All kimberlites were tested for diamonds and were found to contain promising contents of micro- and macro-diamonds of varying carats. No exploration on these properties has taken place since 2007.
