On December 19, Noront Resources announced the initiation of a six-month engagement (in effect through June 10, 2013) with RBMG to provide:
- Corporate Access Initiatives, including the arrangement of non-deal investor roadshow and “eRoadshow” webinars, and a featured placement in RBMG’s newsletter publication.
- PR/Media Relations Services, including focused media/press research; targeted pitching of Noront’s story and appropriate company news for editorial placement in trade, business and general-interest print and broadcast publications; social media news distribution and publicity; the drafting of press releases, and general public relations/ communications advisory as required.
- Trade Event Promotion, including an opportunity to present at the HiAlpha® Natural Resource Investment Conference in New York on April 23, 2013.
- Equity Research Coverage, including an initial report and semi-annual update, to be provided free of charge.
RBMG will receive compensation under $50,000 as per the terms of the aforementioned services agreement.
